If You're Expecting someone to be able to come and pick up your car without having a lot of trouble don't call this company they literally have to have you wait there the entire time and they absolutely will refuse to be able to help you go anywhere else afterwards do not call this towing company if you want help

After waiting for 2 hours broken down on the side of a very busy highway the first roadside assistance truck never came. After calling AAA back again and waiting on hold for 20 min. they sent the second assistance truck. That took over an hour to arrive. Our tow truck finally arrived after it had been given the wrong location address by AAA. dispatch. Finally our vehicle was towed 3 1/2 hours later. Will never renew my membership. Completely disappointing.
