I have been dealing with this BBT for years. They are extremely helpful and very nice . This staff is great to work with. Yes there are some fees but so do alot of banks. HI highly recommend this bank

Just found out today that the teller Michelle hooked my moms credit card to my debit card which was supposed to have no overdrafts and I am a minor. Thinking my card had money for the past 6 months it has slowly been charging my mom. Accumulatively it's costing us upwards of 1k in overdrafts. The rude teller Michelle Nguyen proceeded to demean my mother and grandfather saying that we were not listening as to why her credit card had unrelated charges and snatched the paper from my mom and realized that she had not only had my overdrafts charged to her new credit card after being told my card will be declined if it ever has an overdraft on me and my minor sister's accounts, but in further investigation Michelle had a revolving credit on my sisters card. Again both my sister and I had been told our cards would be declined if we ever did not have money. We never received a notice until my mother inquired about random charges. They threatened to press charges on me for their mistake because of overdrafts i had no knowledge of. Switching banks and do not go here please.

Diana and Jan have been a tremendous help for me.nI often travel overseas to India or around the United States.nProblems between banking and network connections occur.nI can call them, as I did from India today, and they resolve my problems instantly.nThis is a huge relief. Often they are the only resource I can reach out to because of distant locations. And they always have a solution for me.nThey are an invaluable asset to the branch and the bank. I will stay with BBT as long as they are there to help.
