Tried opening an account online. Required a hard inquiry on credit. Apparently only one person here can open the account who is supposed to be my representative. Received one voicemail. I called several times in several days. No one would talk to me and my representative seemed not to exist. I'm a regular customer with Credit Unions with decent credit. So this was not a bad credit situation. Bad first impression and a horrible experience. It's only a savings account. I'm not going to beg someone to take my money.

I've financed several vehicles and pay my billls on time. Florida credit unions website is always down. I'm not able to use their mobile banking because they won't let me update personal information online?? Has to be faxed in which I am incapable of doing with my work schedule and lack of fax machine. Their customer service on the phone is always terrible I've called several times and rarely can even get through. When I do get through they're always rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience and I'm only a few months in.
