Shirley in the bakery department so graciously helped make a custom Strawberry Elegance cake for my daughteru2019s birthday that came out absolutely amazing! 10/10nEveryone gushed over how good it was - even those without a sweet tooth!nThanks to Shirley and this Publix for helping make a special day even better!

Well, I always thought Publix was known for its outstanding customer service? Until today when my wife who is 6 months pregnant was verbally threatened by a member of the checkout team. Have filed an official complaint and will be taking this up with the police.

Adam at the bakery was super nice and sliced my bread no problem. He did not have to offer that. They donu2019t even let them accept tips here. Please give everyone a good review.
