The parking lot is outrageous they set aside parking for curbside pickup but no employees from the store enforces that people are actually waiting to get curbside pickup so people actually go into the store and shop and come out. you normally wait a long time to get your order. the store picks your order and releases it sometimes up to 29 minutes before you get your merchandise and your waiting to recurve it so they can get good ratings on service that is not in actual real time. Now some of the employees are rude and when you ask to speak to a manager they claim they will talk to the associate and in reality they don't say anything to them at all. best time to shop is first thing in the morning at 8 AM unless you will be waiting on a line for about an hour or so..

It was great.nWell organized.nHelpful and polite staff.nBut I really went for the fresh OJ, which they were not doing today I suppose.

Usually have had some bad customer service here but Nona, i believe her name is, is an amazing person & doesn't fake human interaction, she naturally helps and advises & is the reason i renewed my membership today. Some of your people need a lesson in manners on talking to the elderly especially the males. Recognize good workers because they're the reason you have loyal customers.

Shopped at Sam's Club for the first time this afternoon and I left feeling great about my experience. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Club from street entrance, parking lot, store entry, presentation of all products and every aisle.nCheckout was orderly and the line moved in a timely fashion. I have tried BJ's and COSTCO and there was less chaos at Sam's Club.nOverall 5 star rating.nI'LL BE BACKud83dudc4dud83cudffe

Seriously its really good and worth. Very fresh products and all sorts of variety. Rates are reasonable and COVid arrangement is good. Dairy products are awesome with very reasonable price. Vegetables are bit expensive. Fruits a d other grocery products are also in range and they have all sorts of varieties. Clothes and cleaning products are also good, in budget and of good quality. It's good to have the membership as this place is worth to buy all things in one go.
