Just called this company asked if they could do and inspection they said not today, tomorrow. (Totally fine with) I asked what time and they said drop it off. I am a single woman, I have only one car. They said they cannot help me. Did not offer another time. This is very bad service! Will not be going there for any services after this, and I do want others to know ahead of time they only want drop offs!

Bill was gracious and helpful. He came out to my house in East Rochester to jump my car, and then we brought it into the shop to be looked over. He replaced my battery for a fair price. I will be coming back.
