Scheduled me very quickly. Showed up right on time. Was very helpful, even gave me a tutorial on regular use as this is our first fireplace. Highly recommend.

They provided great timely service and were very knowledge about our historic chimney. Also, they were very truthful about the findings of the inspection and what future services would be needed, and did not suggest unneeded services.
