My daughter and I both got our hair done today and we are in love, especially my daughter. She was super patient with my daughter and entertained her million questions! Even put on Disney Plus for her! Her prices are always fair so thatu2019s a plus!!

This is the second time Melinda has cut and colored my hair. Each time I showed her a picture of the desired outcome and have trusted her to perform her magic however she sees fit. The results have been exactly what I have asked for (and she even walked me through each step and explained what she was doing and why) and I am so happy with the service and professionalism she provides. I would not trust anyone else with my hair.nn-Nichole

Melynda has been doing my hair for over 10 years. I live in Orlando and make a Special trip to have her do my hair.nShe is professional and always has done a stellar job on my hair every-time it has been done!nShe has always gone out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the service that she had provided.nIf at any time I would not have been satisfied she wouldu2019ve been more than happy to make it right, however, I have never been unhappy with her services or her professionalism.nI would recommend her and have given her information to friends and will continue to do so.

Melinda has been doing my color and cuts for three years and I will not go to anyone else. I have never had someone as knowledgeable and talented when it comes to color. She is also the first stylist in 12 years I have trusted to give me a perm and it came out beautifully. It takes a master to balance a perm with hair that is colored every month and Melinda is a master stylist. So glad she now has her own shop.

As The owner of The Hairology Salon in Satellite Beach, I am committed to customer service and appeasement if I am in the wrong. However, In all situations there are two sides of each story. As the salon owner with 20 years of experience from the Pacific Northwest to the Midwest to Florida, working in the hair industry, who in their right mind, would deliberately sabotage their own business? Consultations are quite important, if services are recommended and are refused by the customer, this falls on the customer. We advise on a prescription as to what needs to be done. If the guest doesnu2019t want the particular service, they have the last say, unless it is a service that will bring consequences to the initial outcome.nnIf it is determined at the end of the service the customer decided they did want that prescription , that was suggested at the very beginning of the consultation... then wanted the service for free at the end of the last step... I am sorry that isnu2019t happening. The root smudge was offered at a substantial low price of $40, on top of a $120 full foil on long hair, h/c, blowout and curled. The review that generated my response to give a public explanation was written with only half truths. I wish these two the very best, no hard feelings and I wouldnu2019t change any decisions I made with this business transaction.nnThe ending result is I am ecstatic to not ever be subjected to these two customers ever again. They came to me with wrecked hair 3 years ago, and because I wouldnu2019t work for free, I was given a bully review. 2021 with Love and Gratitude and a Happy New Years To All!
