My mother passed away on October 22nd. At a time where I was struggling to make important family decisions about what actions we would take next the staff at Tri-City really helped us to make a decision that worked for us. We chose to do a direct cremation (no viewing/funeral). Financially, we couldn't have afforded a huge ceremony, and that really wasn't the best solution for us. We will have a small ceremony at a later date when as a family my brother and I chose the place to spread our mother's remains.nnThere were options for very beautiful urns, keepsakes, and other things that may suit someone's family very well. I know if we chose that path that there were several things I would have selected. Services at Tri-City are not about trying to get you to purchase all kinds of different things, it is about finding out what fits best with your families needs through very difficult times. I am pleased with my families' choice to have Tri-City assist us.

I can hardly express in words how helpful Susan at Tri-City was after the passing of my mother. Her professionalism and timely handling of the process made me able to perform the necessary arrangements I needed to do so much easier.

There is no way I could recommend Tri State more highly. Susan is the nicest, most compassionate woman I know. She was there for me twice in the last year, when my husband died, and later when my son died. Iu2019m not sure I would have gotten through it without her.

The best. Recommend 100%. My mother went into hospice about a month ago. She always said she wanted to be cremated and didn't want a lot spent on it, so I was looking for a reasonably priced cremation service. Found this one on Google yesterday, just a few hours before my mother passed away. Our hospice nurse called them for us. When she arrived, she was the absolute sweetest person anybody could hope for, especially given the circumstances. She explained everything thoroughly so I knew what to expect. We chatted about my mother and her crazy life before she was loaded up. She even told me that she'll bring the ashes and death certificate to us. I've let our hospice company, as well as family and friends, all know that this is who they should call. Not only are they the best, they're also the best priced!
