Horrible experience...literally made it impossible to stay on unemployment longer than 2 weeks without a threat of termination. The person that directs the calls need a serious class in public relations.

Have been waiting to speak to someone since 8am. Itu2019s been more than 2 hours and still on hold, on a Monday morning. Awful.
