Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank. I've had the worst experience with the tellers at Wells Fargo bank. Wells Fargo employees pry into your business above and beyond what any bank employees are asked to do. I quit going to Wells Fargo because it's NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS if i have accounts elsewhere. These employees, especially at the Eau Gallie branch need to respect customers privacy and not ask so many intrusive and personal questions. NEVER BANK THEIR AGAIN. WELLS FARGO has been in the News so many times for pinning and upselling on accounts. Just in the news again today for giving crooks 50,000. On Channel 9 News Aug. 30 2016. Where does it end?? Unbelievable!!

The manager, Holly and business banker Alejandra went above and beyond to help me set up my business account. I hadn't made an appointment and they still accommodated me after hours (45 minutes!) they did everything they could to make it an easy and quick process. Very thankful to them!

Not speaking of Wells Fargo as a bank, but specifically this branch. Great service with very friendly employees that make you feel very comfortable. They take time to explain everything to you and are all around very helpful. I've had no problems what so ever and cannot recommend this bank more. ( Side note the app for Wells Fargo is awful, but that doesn't have anything to do with this branch )

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years. I love this bank. To the people who complain about the fees, there are ways to avoid them. But this review is supposed to be about this branch. The people in this branch are incredible. The customer service here really can't be beat. They are attentive to every one of my needs and my stupid questions

I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for 15 years. I love the bank but unfortunately have had numerous problems with this specific branch. The latest experience was especially annoying. I needed a simple two page document notarized urgently. It was clearly written and easily decipherable as a standalone document. However, it was one of many in a 60 page packet of documents. This two pager was the only document in the packet that required notarization. Unfortunately the IHB branch employee and the branch manager were unable to understand that it was a standalone document. They said it was numbered page 15, so they must see the entire document. I explained that IS the entire document, please read it. Still they refused to notarize it. They didn't take the time to read it or maybe they didn't have common sense to understand that it was a standalone document. I called three other notaries and all of them stated they understood and would be happy to notarize it as a standalone document.
